It is important to me that every client gets the consideration and attention that they deserve. Because I take this seriously I have a strict policy regarding arriving late and missing appointments. Because I also understand things happen, I have created a flexible yet firm policy regarding appointments. When you schedule a treatment at Highbrow Makeovers I reserve that time just for you, it is important to be sure that the date and time you choose, allows you enough time to arrive to your appointment on time and does not interfere with other appointments and tasks you have scheduled.
When scheduling a microblading appointment online you are required to entire your credit card information. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to arrive for your appointment and also fail to cancel it within the appropriate amount of time. I allow cancellations with at least 6 hours advanced noticed. If you fail to arrive for your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late your card will be charged a $100 cancellation/no show fee. I will allow you to reschedule one time following this type of event but if you miss your appointment again, you will be charged another $100 cancellation/no show fee and will not be permitted to schedule any future appointments with Highbrow Makeovers.
Should you have a major emergency (car accident, medical emergency, etc.) I will wave this fee with proper proof (hospital records with admission date on the same day as your appointment or a police accident report dated the same day as your appointment). There are no other exceptions made on this policy unless you are already an established client with Highbrow Makeovers and have a good record of keeping past treatment appointments.
Should you wish to schedule your treatment appointment without entering in your credit card information, you can schedule with me directly but will be required to pay a $100 nonrefundable retainer fee to secure your appointment. This retainer fee will be applied to your services total unless you do not follow the terms and conditions for Cancellations listed above in which case you will forfeit your $100 retainer fee and an additional fee will be required to reschedule.
